Infrastructural Excellence

Choudhary Garments has an infrastructure which can produce & deliver 12,000 garments everyday. Our 100% in house production facilities backed by a competent technical & managerial team ensures that we achieve our targets both in terms of production & quality.

Our central office situated in the heart of Mumbai, has an area of 15,000 square feet. All operations like merchandising, accounts, marketing, shipping & correspondence is done from the office.

Fabric Inspection House

We have 2 fabric inspection houses, each occuping an area of over 12000 sq. feet. These also act as central ware houses which issue fabric & trims to all our factories. 100% checking of fabric is done prior to being issued to the factories.

Currently we have 6 full fledged production factories with a combined capacity of cutting & stitching 12000 garments daily.

We maintain 2 sales rooms exclusively for our clients. We put on display our range for the coming season so that buyers may conveniently look at them & place orders.

Our inhouse state of the art fabric testing laboratory ensures that all fabrics are tested to comply with the Buyers' specifications

Our large Sampling unit comprises of the ideal mix of sewing machines. Highly skilled team of operators ensure that each sample leaving the unit speaks volumes for the company's quality and craftsmanship.

We have a daily fabric checking & issuing capacity of 30000 meters. We make sure that the fabric is completely checked and only then issued further for manufacturing.

Each of our factories have their own well equipped, cutting departments. Equipments like band knife cutting machine ensure that the fabric is correctly cut and that there is perfection in each and every part.

The most modern machinery from Juki, Brother and Pegasus are used in our manufacturing plants. Above 1200 sewing machines - a mix of single stitch, double stitch, over locks, flat locks and a number of special operation machines give every garment that perfect cut, corner & finish.

Sewing Unit

Choudhary Garments has 2 full fledged modern finishing units: Each unit has a capacity of delivering 8000 pieces daily. The finishing units are equipped with steam irons, thread sucking machines, stain removing machines & a host of other finishing equipments which ensure that our clients get garments only with right feel & finish.

Our efficient packing departments ensure that all our consignments safely reach our customers on time, everytime.

Our dedicated fleet of despatch trucks ensure that every consignment is despatched as per schedule. These also ensure that there is smooth movement of material between our factories & godown.
